ถ้าถามถึง \"Patong\"<\/strong> ทุกคนคงรู้จักและคุ้นเคยเป็นอย่างดี ด้วยบรรยากาศที่สวยงาม หาดทรายขาวละเอียด ฟ้าสีครามตัดกับฟองสีขาวของคลื่นทะเล ทำให้ป่าตองกลายเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวระดับโลก และเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางที่ใครหลาย ๆ คนอยากมาสัมผัส<\/span><\/h4>\n

ด้วยบทบาทการเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวนี้ ป่าตองได้พัฒนาอย่างรวดเร็วในด้านต่าง ๆ ที่ส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเป็นหลัก ในขณะเดียวกัน การส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของคนเมืองในด้านสุขภาพกลับยังไม่ชัดเจน สะท้อนถึงการขาดพื้นที่สาธารณะสำหรับการทำกิจกรรมทางกายของคนเมือง <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Participation<\/span><\/h5>\n

This led to the goal of revitalizing and temporarily developing a public space that supports tourism at \u201cDolphin Park\u201d\u2014an open area that once served as a beachfront playground but has long been left unused. The redevelopment of Loma Park is envisioned as part of a larger plan to create a complete \u201cfamily zone\u201d within Patong\u2019s urban development framework.<\/span><\/p>\n

การพัฒนาโดยความร่วมมือกันระหว่างสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) สถาบันนโยบายสาธารณะ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ และเทศบาลเมืองป่าตอง โดยคณะผู้จัดทำได้ทำการศึกษาและร่วมออกแบบกับทุกภาคส่วนในเมือง<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

City Lab Patong<\/a> “แล เล่น รักษ์ เล<\/strong><\/span>”<\/strong> เป็นหนึ่งในการพัฒนาพื้นที่สาธารณะริมชายหาดต้นแบบที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการส่งเสริมการมีกิจกรรมอย่างสร้างสรรค์ผ่านพื้นที่เล่น โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มเป้าหมายในเด็กและเยาวชนตลอดจนเป็นพื้นที่พักผ่อนหย่อนใจสำหรับครอบครัว โดยแนวคิดดังกล่าวสามารถแสดงรายละเอียด 3 ส่วน ประกอบไปด้วย<\/p>\n

รักษ์ เล<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

การออกแบบที่ใส่ใจสิ่งแวดล้อมที่จะสอดแทรกไปกับกิจกรรมอย่างการจัดการขยะ รวมถึงชิ้นงานบางส่วนยังสร้างสรรค์ขึ้นจากวัสดุเหลือใช้<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Located along Patong Beach, Loma Park is directly influenced by the coastal environment. The sea\u2019s salinity and strong monsoon winds can cause material corrosion and wear over time. Therefore, the design carefully considers materials that can withstand these environmental conditions for a reasonable period. Some design elements are also adaptable, allowing them to harmonize naturally with the beachfront context and patterns of use within the space \"แล เล่น รักษ์ เล<\/strong>\" The activity area is organized into three main components: the ground patterns, the main structural elements, and the beachfront public furniture.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

ขีดสีตีเส้น<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

ด้วยการออกแบบเป็นรูปทรงที่คล้ายกับคลื่นน้ำเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ที่แตกต่างจากพื้นที่รูปสี่เหลี่ยมของลานเดิม ทำให้เกิดความรู้สึกความลื่นไหลและการเคลื่อนไหวอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ เพื่อสอดคล้องกับโครงสร้างหลักที่ตั้งอยู่บริเวณกลางลาน รวมถึงการใช้สีโทนร้อนที่ให้ความสดใสและดึงดูดสายตา บริเวณลายพื้นนี้ยังสอดแทรกเกมสำหรับเด็ก เพื่อการนันทนาการและการขยับร่างกาย ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกิจกรรมทางกาย<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

สนามเด็กเล่นอเนกประสงค์<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

การออกแบบได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากรูปทรงของคลื่นทะเลประกอบกันจำนวน 8 ยูนิต เรียงเป็นรูปทรงวงกลม ภายในโครงสร้างนี้ประกอบไปด้วยเครื่องเล่น 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ ชิงช้า ท่อมุด บาร์ปีนป่าย เกมกระดาน ส่วนช่องว่างระหว่างคลื่นยังมีการใช้งานเป็นที่นั่งสำหรับพักผ่อนอีกด้วย เครื่องเล่นในทุกจุดดังกล่าวสามารถถอดประกอบเพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนการใช้งานในรูปแบบอื่น ๆ เช่น สามารถใช้งานพื้นที่ในการจัดนิทรรศการ เป็นแลนด์มาร์คแห่งใหม่ของหาดป่าตอง การใช้สีจึงเลือกสีหลักจำนวน 4 สี ในโทนสดใสและโดดเด่นสะดุดตา สอดคล้องกับลวดลายบนพื้น<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Beach Furniture<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

เฟอร์นิเจอร์สาธารณะได้รับการออกแบบเพื่อเป็นจุดพักผ่อนหย่อนใจ กิจกรรมนันทนาการ และส่งเสริมการขยับร่างกายผ่านเครื่องเล่น ซึ่งชิ้นงานบางส่วนเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการจัดการขยะตามวัตถุประสงค์การออกแบบที่คำนึงถึงสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงการเลือกใช้วัสดุที่หาได้ง่าย เหลือใช้ หรือผ่านการใช้งานมาแล้วอีกด้วย และเนื่องจากพื้นที่ต้นแบบนี้จะเป็นแลนมาร์คแห่งใหม่ที่ดึงดูดการท่องเที่ยว จึงได้เพิ่มมูลค่าของชิ้นงานโดยการร่วมงานกับศิลปินที่มีชื่อเสียง เพื่อแสดงผลงานศิลปะผ่านเฟอร์นิเจอร์สาธารณะริมชายหาดให้มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว ทั้งจาก มูลนิธิ ณ กิตติคุณ<\/a> ผ่านการออกแบบผลงานศิลปะลงบนโต๊ะยืนลังผลไม้ ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจมาจากท้องทะเลไทยจากจินตนาการของกลุ่มเด็กที่มีความพิเศษ และ Give.me.museums<\/a> หรือ Oil \u2013 Khontharat Techatraisorn<\/strong> ได้ถ่ายทอดผลงานลงบนจักรยานปั่นกรองขยะ ในภาพบรรยากาศริมชายหาดของป่าตองทั้งในช่วงพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นในยามเช้าและพระอาทิตย์ตกในยามเย็น<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The \u201cLae, Len, Rak, Le\u201d Activity \u2014 Connect, Play, Care, and Sea<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

From December 17 to 19, 2022, Loma Park hosted the \u201cLae, Len, Rak, Le\u201d event, transforming eight playground structures into exhibition boards that shared knowledge about the project, the meaning of public space, physical activity, and environmental management. The exhibition also invited participants to share feedback and ideas on public space design and use.\n\nDuring the event, many visitors\u2014especially families and international tourists\u2014actively engaged in testing and playing with the newly designed beachfront public furniture, bringing the space to life through interaction and exploration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
